Description:  This is your time...  Come and experience simple interventions that will help you de-stress, chill out and get refershed or carry on.  Learn simple interventions to rebalance your energy..  The demands on you in caring for othersor your family can take a toll on you, your energy, and well-being.  Others crisis can become your crisis if you are not careful and take time to clear yourself from the demands on you.

Goal:  Become balanced and revitalized using hands on healing.  Learn strategies to drain away stress, heal physical and emotional pain.  Learn simple energetic ways to manage the day to day life experiences.

Format: The Wellness For All - Achieve Optimal Health Series draws on material from the following leading edge energetic based training programs: Transform Your Life through Energy Medicine (TYLEM), Healing Touch (HT), Energy Psychology (EP) and Touch For Health (TFH).

Dr. Mary Jo Bulbrook, RN, CEMP/S/I, HTP/I, HTCP

Dr. Bulbrook is a medical / spiritual intuitive with 35 years experience practicicng and teaching the work worldwide alongside her university position as a professor in nursing.  She has pioneered this advanced work in several countries and provided an opportunity for healers to advance their knowledge base with this profound work that complements any traditional practice.  As a pioneer and keynote speaker at many international conferences she brings clarity, vision and insight to set a new course for health and healing.
