• Symposium Costs: Fri. night to Sun. at 6 pm $350 at the door and $300 if full payment by Sept. 7th (excludes housing, transportation and meals except where indicated.)

• Post Conference Specialist Training & Presentations: $175 at the door and $150 full payment by Sept 7th
• One day fee: $175 at the door and $150 if full payment by Sept. 7th
• Limited partial scholarships for those in need in exchange for service
• University continuing education credits certificate an extra $30 (certificate of attendance from EMPI no charge)
