Description

Basic Ways to Health improves health and promotes healing of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self. Simple energy medicine interventions will be shown using the hands and intention to improve health.

 

Objectives

The participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the help you need.
  2. Practice energy medicine ways to help improve health.
  3. Share your experiences.

Curriculum

  • Introduction to Basic Ways to Health (1 hour)
  • Coping with Stress (3 hours)
  • Improving Your Health (3 hours)
  • Dealing with Loss, Trauma and Grief (3 hours)
  • Optional Practicum (9 hours) for those interested in becoming Certified as an Energy Medicine Care Giver

Theory and Principles

Influences to health include:

  • Being safe and able to trust.
  • Feeling our feelings and working with feelings to make our life better.
  • Thinking and sharing our thoughts and ideas.
  • Loving and being loved.
  • Speaking our truth and expressing ourselves.
  • Planning and visioning our future.
  • Connecting to spirit.

These influences are directed by seven energy centers called: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Brow and Crown. These energy centers are only one aspect of the dynamic human energy system.

Our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health is also protected by an invisible energy field that extends about arms length in all directions. When we are relaxed this field extends out and when we are afraid or threatened it contracts.

In addition there is a center core line we have that runs through our body helping us to live out our life’s purpose. We will work with this as well.

  • The Energizer (Golden Light Meditation)
  • Dealing with Loss, Trauma and Grief (3 hours)
  • Healing Trauma Protocol
  • Clear Your Energy (Spiritual Communication)
  • Protect Your Health (Star of David Meditation)

What you can expect:

  1. How our hands can be instruments to help ourselves and others heal.
  2. How to use emotions and thoughts to heal and improve health.
  3. How our body, emotions, mind, and spirit all connect together.
  4. How we can assess our energy using our hands and muscle testing.
  5. How to clear out things from the past and protect ourselves and our energy.
  6. How we can change our lives by speaking our truth and expressing ourselves.
  7. How we can create a better life for our self and others.
  8. How we can become empowered and in charge of our lives through spiritual connections.
  9. How to be at peace and happy with life using our unique gifts as a person.
