Overview

Are you suffering from trauma of some kind? Has someone abused you physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually? Have you or someone you know been involved in a natural or man-made disaster? If the answer is yes to any of these, Pathway to Health 2 has something to offer you.

Goal
Help you regain or improve your health after trauma, abuse or disaster using Energy Medicine Self Care (EMSC) in addition to any other health care interventions from a health professional.

Description

Healing from Trauma, Abuse, Disasters is designed to help you understand and manage your health using energy principles, energy assessments, and energy treatments after trauma, abuse, or disaster. Learn how these things affect your energy and impact you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The program is designed by Mary Jo Bulbrook, EdD, RN, CEMP/S/I, founder and director of Energy Medicine Partnerships, Inc.

Objectives

You will be able to do the following:

  1. Describe the energy system and its impact on health and wellbeing.
  2. Perform a personal lifestyle analysis to identify your self care needs/issues to complement any other care from health professionals you may need.
  3. Experience Energy Medicine Self Care interventions.
  4. Evaluate the impact on your energy system to eliminate symptoms.
  5. Design a personal Energy Medicine Self Care ritual for ongoing healing and strength.
  6. Be empowered regarding your health and healing.
  7. Describe the theory and principles of the EMSC program.

Energy Medicine Self Care (EMSC) treatments are done with the hands using a gentle heart-centered approach.
