Wellness For All to Achieve Optimal Health

As we journey through life it is time for us to take time to go within and find was to achieve optimal health by becoming well or returning to wellness.
 
Experience the opportunity for you to achieve optimal health – explore where you are, have been and where you are going.  Then set priorities for your future regarding body, emotion, mind and spirit.  
 
Each of us need to take time for the self and eliminate those dynamics blocking your true self from becoming all you can be – right now.  (7 credits)
  

  

Background
 
This practical course is designed for self care and self renewal.  Material will be incorporated from various energy based programs, Energy Medicine Partnerships, Healing Touch, Energy Psychology and Touch For Health.  Simple and practical ways to empower the self with tools that enrich our lives will be shared and experienced.
 

Objectives:

  1. Identify what you need to achieve optimal health.
  2. Explore what brings you joy, makes your heart sing or fills you up.
  3. Create a wellness plan for your.
  4. Practice simple energetic ways to shift energy and heal.
  5. Share with others doing the same for support, comfort and caring.
  6. Design a plan for yourself to achieve OPTIMAL HEALTH.
  7. Pray and meditate to realize your wellness plan.

Dr. Mary Jo Bulbrook, RN, CEMP/S/I, CHTP, HTCP

Dr. Bulbrook is a medical / spiritual intuitive with 35 years experience teaching the work worldwide alongside her university position as a professor in nursing.  She has pioneered this advanced work in several countries and provided an opportunity for healers to advance their knowledge base with this profound work that complements any traditional practice base.  As a pioneer and keynote speaker at many international conferences she brings clarity, vision and insight to set a new course for health and healing.

Description

 

Located on a scenic pond off of I 440 off of 1C Jones Franklin Road.  If coming from Apex / Cary turn left at the light.  If coming from Raleigh, turn right at the light.  

About 200 feet ahead is Waters Edge Drive.  Turn right.  Then just after the 3 post office boxes along the street, turn right and make a thrid right at the Fed-Ex/UPS boxes.  This will bring you to the front of 4917 Waters Edge Drive,  Suite 239 is located on the second floor.

About 10 minutes from the RDU airport.
